Baby Skylee Don Hammer is Here!
Well baby Skylee is finally here after one crazy week. I was going to be induced Sunday the 4th, but the night before I got feeling sick so we thought they might start me that Saturday night. So we went to the hospital thinking we would maybe have a baby that night but they told me I had flu like symptoms and that the induction would have to wait. Well the next day I got feeling worse so I went back to the hospital and was told that I had the swine flu and that I needed to keep my baby in as long as I could to get the flu out of me. Let me just say the next four days were HELL! Swine flu is not fun especially when you are nine months pregnant. I didn't only stop there. A couple of days after I got sick, Jag also was taken to the hospital and we found out he had the flu. So we were both very sick. Well things got better and on Wed. night I started into labor. I was blessed to have such and easy delivery after all I had been through. I had to wear a mask while in the hospital but we are both doing really well. She was 6 lbs. 5 oz. and 19 inches long.

I am so glad that everything went well. We were going to come vist but thought we would give it a while since you have had a rough week and you need so time to catch up and relax. She is so cute! cant wait to see her!

The Swime flu sucks!! Me and both of my kids have had it, so I am so sorry you and Jagger had it too. Congratulations on your baby girl, she is adorable, and I love her name!
I love the pictures! She is so stinking cute! I can't get over all of her hair! I wish we lived closer together so we could hang out more and I could hold Skylee. Love ya!

Congrats!!! She's adorable. I love the name, and i'm glad to hear you are all doing well and healthy. I can't even imagine having the swine flu and being 9 months prego. What a tough woman. :)
It is going to be so much fun to watch her and Elle grow up together. Jagg will think he has 2 sisters! Can't wait to meet her!!
