Fourth of July Weekend in Yellowstone
For the fourth this year we decided to take a quick trip up to Yellowstone Park. We left on Friday and drove to Jackson Hole. We didn't really have our trip planned so we drove around looking for some where to stay. Well it was a very busy week in Jackson so we ended up staying in a pretty ghetto motel. It was funny becasue the lady asked us if we wanted to check out the room before we decided to stay there. That made us a little worried. It actually wasn't too bad. After we got checked in we went downtown and ate dinner and walked around. Saturday morning we got up ate breakfast in Jackson and headed straight to Yellowstone Park. The weather got pretty rainy and cold so we mostly just drove around. We saw a few animals, old faithful, and a cool little waterfall. But we decided we needed to leave the park kind of early because we were going to drive all the way back home that day, and the weather was not cooperating with our plans to do any hiking. After we got out of the park we ate at West Yellowstone and headed home. It was quite the drive, but we made it home just in time to go to see the Ogden fire works. It was a great time that we got to spend together.

I didn't even know you were going to Yellowstone. I am glad you guys got to go on a little family trip and had a good time!
How fun. We were just in Jackson last weekend for a weeding. We love going there.
Looks like you guys had fun... and have been busy this summer! You should of stayed at my house in Wyoming :) my family lives about 40 minutes from jackson! It is so beautiful up there!!! oh ya what is your official due date?
